Purpose of the website

Spot on Loc is a rental-management service for lessors based in Belgium and their tenants. The website shows the units published by the lessors, lets you send a rental request and gives access to the tenant portal. Listings are published by the lessors, under their responsibility.

Intellectual property

The Spot on Loc name, the logo, the texts and the images of the website belong to A Zesty Solution SRL or to their owners. The photos and descriptions of the listings belong to the lessors who publish them. Any reproduction without written consent is forbidden, except within the limits allowed by law.

Software and licences

The platform is built on Odoo Community (LGPL-3 licence) and on modules of the Odoo Community Association (AGPL-3 licence). Spot on Loc is not affiliated with Odoo S.A. The modules specific to Spot on Loc are distributed under the AGPL-3 licence. Users of spotonloc.com can obtain their source code on request at contact@spotonloc.com.
